Τα Windows 10 είναι ένα λειτουργικό σύστημα που θα το συναντήσουμε σε πολλών ειδών συσκευές, από Η/Υ μέχρι κινητά τηλέφωνα και από Servers μέχρι το XBOX.
Σύμφωνα με φωτογραφίες που ανέβηκαν σε γνωστό κινέζικο ιστότοπο τεχνολογίας η ονομασία του λειτουργικού της Microsoft για τα κινητά τηλέφωνα θα είναι Windows 10 Mobile, την ίδια ονομασία αναμένεται να έχει και στα μικρά tablets.

H Microsoft σε συνεργασία με την Xiaomi ετοιμάζουν Windows 10 ROM για συσκευές με Android.

• Through a new program with Xiaomi, one of the top smartphone distributors in the world, a select group of Xiaomi Mi 4 power users will be invited to help test Windows 10 and contribute to its future release later this year. These power users will have the opportunity to download the Windows 10 Technical Preview – installing it and providing their feedback to Microsoft.

As part of the Windows Insider Program, Microsoft will partner with Xiaomi to offer Windows 10 free downloads to a select group of Xiaomi Mi4 users. Xiaomi Mi4 users will get the ability to flash their phones with the new Windows 10 OS and provide feedback to Xiaomi and Microsoft on their experience. This partnership will allow Xiaomi and Microsoft to get direct user feedback and continue to improve the experience for China. • We fixed the bug in which your phone’s MMS settings were lost after upgrading from Build 9941.

Τα Windows 10 Mobile δεν είναι ακόμα έτοιμα για το smartphone που χρησιμοποιούμε καθημερινά, έχουν αρκετά θέματα, δείχνουν όμως ξεκάθαρα ότι θα αλλάξουν τον τρόπο που βλέπουμε τα λειτουργικά των mobile συσκευών.
Τα Windows Phone 8.1 έχουν υψηλή απόδοση ανεξάρτητα από την ισχύ του hardware, με τα 10 η αίσθηση ότι κρατάς στα χέρια μια πολύ ισχυρή συσκευή είναι ακόμα μεγαλύτερη, ναι δεν χρειάζεσαι 18 πυρήνες και 8MB RAM για να έχεις υψηλού επιπέδου εμπειρία χρήσης.....
