Στην IFA Βερολινου στις αρχες Σεπτεμβριου η Reelbox θα παρουσιασει τα δυο νεα μοντελα της.

Το ενα-το lite-το ξερετε ηδη αφου σας το εχει παρουσιασει ο συντονιστης της κατηγοριας αυτης.

Το αλλο...χε χε χε...ονομαζεται Reelbox avant-garde και αραγε τι καλα εχει για μας?

Η τιμη βεβαια θα παιξει περιπου στα 1000 ευρω.

From September 2nd through 7th 2005, you can find us at the IFA Berlin
in hall A 2.1 at booth 208.

Reel Multimedia will be using his great opportunity to introduce the
newest models of the ReelBox � the ReelBox Lite, geared toward ambitious
newcomers, and the ReelBox Avantgarde, specifically developed for
professional needs. By extending our product range, we have responded to the
wishes of numerous customers and clients. The highly efficient and
user-friendly all-rounder combines features of multiple electronic devices
within a elegant sleek casing design, which does not even require
ventilation. Equipped with a DVB-Receiver, a Mediaplayer, Personal
Videorecorder, as well as a media server & client, the ReelBox offers all of the
features to meet highest expectations. Both models of the ReelBox are
Software and Hardware compatible, and can be extended similarly.

ReelBox Avantgarde
With the ReelBox Avantgarde, an absolute world novelty will be
introduced to the public � a Linux-based media-center, which incorporates
Quad-Tuner-Technology.
Developed by Reel Multimedia to be produced in series, the Avantgarde
enables the simultaneous and independent reception of four separate
channels via four transponders � all in just one device. In addition, the
Avantgarde was adapted to suit the demands of professionals alike. A
DVI-I Digital and Analogue Adaptor, adaptable to a HDMI-Adaptor, with two
USB 2.0 connections and a 1 Gigabite network controller, the ReelBox
Avantgarde distinguishes itself from its competition, and establishes a
superior positioning in the world of multimedia entertainment
electronics. The ReelBox Avantgarde, which comes equipped with Quad-DVB-S-Tuners,
a 160GB hard drive, and a Dual-Layer -DVD-RW-Burner, will be available
in the last quarter of 2005, for only �999.- (retail price).

ReelBox Lite
For ambitious clients and newcomers to the elaborate world of
multimedia, who want to configurate their media center individually, we have
developed the ReelBox Lite as an inexpensive basic model. In series, the
ReelBox Lite will be produced without an optical drive, without a hard
drive, and fitted with the tuner of your choice. Beginning September
30th 2005, the ReelBox will be available for delivery. The recommended
retail price for the ReelBox Lite is �699.-


In order to assure you an exclusive, in depth discussion of the ReelBox
with one of our customer service representatives, in which you will
have ample time to ask questions and to discuss your needs as they relate

μάλλον για να στέλνεις τα άλλα 3 στο υπόλοιπο σπίτι...

Δεν νομίζω να μπορεί να το κάνει αυτό. Υπερβολή τα 4 tuners...
Me 2 tuners μπορείς να βλέπεις 1 κανάλι και να γράφεις άλλα 2 ή 4 (στην περίπτωση του Echostar PVR-5020). Τα 4 tuners τι να τα κάνεις;
Άσε που για να μην έχουμε περιορισμούς θα χρειαζόμαστε 4 lnb...

προφανώς τα 4 tuner τα έχει για να μπορεί μέσω του video server να κάνει share και να μπορεί να επιλέγει όποιος θέλει ότι θέλει.

Θέλει φυσικά και 1 LNB QUAD για ένα δορυφόρο, ή για περισσότερους βάζεις περισσότερα LNB με ψηφιακό διακόπτη επιλογής.

Αρα το client device θα μπορεί να είναι το Lite και να παίζει HD ή N**A μέσω stream ethernet με μία κάρτα (?).
