Μην κάνετε το update PowerDVD 12 build 1618 που έδωσε σήμερα η Cyberlink.
Υπάρχει πρόβλημα στο αρχείο και θα σας κάνει την εγκατάσταση του PowerDVD δοκιμαστική έκδοση(trial)

Το διαπιστώσαμε προσωπικά, αφού την πατήσαμε και οι ίδιοι. :141:

Σύμφωνα με ένα post στο forum διόρθωσαν το πρόβλημα, κατεβάστε την αναβάθμιση από εδώ χωρίς τη χρήση του downloader.

Όσοι την πατήσατε πρέπει να εγκαταστήσετε από την αρχή το PowerDVD 12 και να κάνετε μετά την αναβάθμιση, τα άσχημα νέα είναι γι' αυτούς που έχουν αγοράσει έκδοση upgrade από παλαιότερες εκδόσεις, σε αυτή την περίπτωση θα πρέπει πρώτα να εγκατασταθεί μια παλαιότερη ή παλαιότερες εκδόσεις(συνεχόμενα upgrades) του PowerDVD και μετά η έκδοση 12.

Please install and activate your original Version - then download the Patch from our Website

Cinema Mode

Καλησπέρα

Επαναφέρω στην επικαιρότητα το νήμα, γιατί στην προχθεσινή δοκιμή που έκανα, εκτός όλων όσων έγραψα, παρατήρησα ακόμα και το εξής:

Ξεκινώντας αρχικά το πρόγραμμα, εμφανίστηκε ένα παράθυρο διαλόγου και μου ζήτησε να θέλω να αναπαράγω την ταινία σε Cinema Mode, σε αντιδιαστολή με την κανονική αναπαραγωγή (Classic Mode). Όταν αποδέχτηκα την επιλογή, η αναπαραγωγή παρουσιάστηκε μεν με πολύ ευκρινή και καθαρή εικόνα, αλλά η κίνηση εμφάνισε σπασίματα, κάτι σαν να μην είναι ακριβώς video αλλά πολλες-πολλές φωτογραφίες τραβηγμένες με έναν τρελλό ρυθμό και να αναπαράγονται σαν ένα πολύ γρήγορο slide show. Ακόμα και ο ήχος είχε κι αυτός σπασίματα, ανάλογα της εικόνας. Να σημειώσω ότι αυτός ο τρόπος αναπαραγωγής παραμένει στην διακριτή επιλογή του χρήστη ανά πάσα στιγμή, αρκεί να κάνεις κλικ στο αντίστοιχο εικονίδιο, που βρίσκεται στο πάνω δεξί μέρος της οθόνης, μαζί με 4-5 άλλα εικονίδια (πλήρης ή μικρότερη οθόνη, ρυθμίσεις του PowerDVD, ελαχιστοποίηση οθόνης, πληροφορίες για το πρόγραμμα, έξοδος κλπ.)

Όταν βέβαια γύρισα την εικόνα στην κανονική αναπαραγωγή, τότε όλα αυτά εξαφανίστηκαν. Πρέπει να σημειώσω, βέβαια, ότι το φαινόμενο παραουσιάστηκε μόνο στην 60άρα τηλεόρασή μου και όχι στην οθόνη (monitor) του υπολογιστή (24άρι Philips LCD Wide).

Αναρωτιέμαι αν το Cinema Mode απαιτεί ακόμα περισσότερες δυνατότητες στον υπολογιστή (λ.χ. ισχυρότερη κάρτα γραφικών) ή είναι απλά μια παραξενιά του προγράμματος, που χρειάζεται κάποιες ιδιαίτερες ρυθμίσεις για να δουλέψει σωστά. Πάντως, σύμφωνα με την ίδια την Cyberlink, το Cinema Mode είναι απλά ένας τρόπος αναπαραγωγής video, που χρησιμεύει στην παρακολούθηση από απόσταση με χρήση Remote Control. Δεν αναφέρει κάτι άλλο περί αυτού, γι αυτό και ρωτάω.

έχεις ρυθμίσει την έξοδο HDMI στα 23 ή 24Hz;

Αυτή τη στιγμή δεν μπορώ να το δω, γιατί δεν έχω σύνδεση με την TV. Θα το ελέγξω σύντομα, αλλά πρέπει να μεταφέρω πάλι το PC από το δωμάτιο στο σαλόνι και να επαναλάβω τη σύνδεση μέσω HDMI.

έχεις μόνο μια οθόνη ενεργή;
αν έχεις δυο, είναι σε extend mode;

Στις δυο διακριτές περιπτώσεις που αναφέρω παραπάνω (σύνδεση με Kuro ή σύνδεση με 24άρα οθόνη Philips στο PC) η επιλογή ήταν και στις δυο μόνο με μια οθόνη ενεργή.

Να σημειώσω ότι η κάρτα γραφικών μου είναι η Sapphire ATI HD5770, 1GB DDR5, που ήδη την αναφέρω στο νήμα, που άνοιξα στην κατηγορία για την προαναφερθείσα δοκιμή.
