Digital Projection International (DPI), an Emmy® Award-winning producer of high-performance projection systems, recently announced about the release of its most recent projector system HIGHlite Reference 1080p model which is expected to deliver proficient performance and a true Hollywood entertainment feel at ordinary home venues.
The projector system gives the uppermost pixel resolution and unbelievable color-depth, and thus can be an asset for post-production houses, prominent film festivals and major theatrical entertainment.
This model symbolizes the uppermost echelon of DLP® projection at four diverse price points. The HIGHlite Reference 1080p is one of the world’s lightest and smallest 2K x 1K, 3-chip DLP™ platforms, and hit a remarkable balance of custom light output – from 5,000 up to 14,000 ANSI lumens - and rich contrast with outstanding dark area detail.
By using 3 x 1.26” DMD’s, the projector is competent enough of exhibiting video at a resolution of 1920 x 1080, or the even higher 2K digital cinema standard of 2048 x 1080. The system is operational with liquid cooling for a noise-free operation in its class.
The HIGHlite Reference 1080p can be fixed in medium-to-very large home cinemas and all types of media environments, for the accurately standardized display of any video. There is no information on the exact price and date of release of the product in the market.
