Waterfall Audio will exhibit the latest glass loudspeakers Victoria EVO and Iguasçu EVO during the Consumer Electronics Show 2008. Named after famous waterfalls both the loudspeakers are made up of glass. Benefited by water-jet glass cutting and computer-controlled diamond techniques, the loudspeakers present a picturesque finish quality. While the Victoria Evo boasts a three-way, four driver design with 8-1/2-inch passive woofer, the Iguasçu Evo consists of two-way, three driver design with a passive woofer.
With the undamped glass enclosures, the loud speaker enables the user to enjoy high-end, accurate and dynamic voice. Based on Ultra-linear crossover topologies, loudspeakers consisting of polypropylene capacitors and low-frequency drivers deliver low bass output and increased power-handling.
The slim dramatic look is achieved when the heavy speaker cabling is kept at the floor level and stretched driver wiring disappears at the edges. Metal multi-way connectors and Audiophile grade is integrated at the base, providing strength to the speaker.
Expected to be available in Feb/March 2008, Victoria Evo will be priced at $5,400/pair and Iguasçu Evo will be priced at $3,900/pair.
