Ο τελικός δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τις σημερινές κατασκευές της ΗΚ
Εχει γίνει full restoration πριν από 3 χρόνια περίπου από τον προηγούμενο ιδιοκτήτη πριν να τον παραλάβω (έχουν αλλαχθεί και οι πυκνωτές) και έχει ρυθμιστεί.
Δουλέυει άριστα. Δεν θέλω να μιλήσω παραπάνω εγώ. Παραθέτω απόσπασμα από το review που θα βρείτε στο hifiengine :

The Citation 16A is an updated version of the amazing Citation 16.
Outstanding sound quality in all areas. The highs, mids and lows are nothing short of astonishing. The detail and space is tremendous.
On paper the 16A is rated at 150 watts RMS per channel into 8ohms. In testing clipping occurs at 170+ watts per channel into 8ohms.
-Minimum 250 RMS WPC at 4ohms.
-Minimum 500 RMS Mono bridged into 8ohms.
-Ability to handle 2ohm loads all day everyday.
The C16A has all discrete components with lower distortion and less dynamic power then the original C16. However it is not to say that the 16A is too polite or thin, if anything the design upgrade is advantageous over the vanilla C16.
These amps are built like industrial tanks and produce some of the best, if not the best sound I have ever heard. When compared to high-end contemporary brands of today (2018), the citation 16A more then holds its' own and still in my opinion sounds much better and fuller then most.
Most of these units are in need of servicing or a complete update and it is completely worth the time and money. The internals are basic and extremely reliable.
Don't be fooled by the expensive, flashy looking, over-seas made amplifiers of today as quality of parts, quality control, ingenuity and a sole focus to create a world-class product highly outweigh the lets-make-a-buck approach of today.
This amplifier is truly on the list as one of the best amplifiers ever made.
Buy one, have it restored and enjoy.
