Hop-on has introduced a new candy bar phone, the Hop1884, which is sure to impress you with its affordability and functionality. This GSM phone shares its features with its predecessor the Hop1806. Its definitely ultra-thin and stylish but its features are nothing more than usual- 128 x 64 LCD display with color backlight, a predictive text input, SMS messaging option, vibration call alert feature and a 250-entry phone book. But its onboard languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German can be useful in removing the language barriers for its users. Weighing only 50 gm, it has got the enough juice to provide 6 hrs of talktime and 250 hrs of stand-by time. It also includes a number of on-board games.

The phone comes with a car charger, headset, travel charger and a leather pouch to carry the phone. No confirmed word on the price and availability.
