Automatic Channel List Installation

One of the biggest problems with satellite TV is that the channel list in a conventional satellite receiver is static. It requires a lot of knowledge of the user to add new channels, so much knowledge that many viewers avoid watching the ever increasing selection of satellite TV channels.

The LyngBox can use LyngSat Network to automatically install all receivable channels.
Automatic Channel Update

A common problem is that channels seem to disappear suddenly. The reason is that TV companies want to optimize their coverage area and/or decrease their transmission costs. The viewer will think that the channel has stopped transmitting, since there is normally no tuning advice or information about the move.

Οι αποθηκευμένες λίστες στους δέκτες είναι στατικές και για να αναγνωριστούν οι αλλαγές πρέπει να ξανακάνουμε σάρωση, χάνοντας πολλές από τις ρυθμίσεις μας, κάτι που πολλές φορές μας αποτρέπει να βάλουμε καινούργια κανάλια με τον φόβο να χάσουμε τα παλαιά μας!. Μαλλον λεει οτι μπορεις να εγγραφεις επιγειο και να βλεπεις δορυφορικο ή το αντιθετο και μπορει να προστεθει και ενας 3ος που τον αναφερει σαν οptional.

Να κανουμε καμμια κινηση?

δεν είναι κακιά ιδέα αλλά μικρές επιφυλάξεις...

λόγω υπερνομοτυπίας του Lyngemark το μηχανάκι αυτό μήν περιμένετε καθόλου να έχει παρα-λογισμικά και "ξεκλειδώματα"... άρα θα είναι καθαρός υπερ-ανταγωνιστής ενός δέκτη τύπου Humax 2000 με προσθήκη πολλών ακόμα δυνατοτήτων (PVR, channel updates, etc etc).

Ομως ο νέος Dreambox θα εχει καλές προοπτικές, αλλά αργεί ακόμα.


Αν μάθουμε τιμή για το Lyngbox και ίσως τον δούμε απο κοντά έτσι θα ξέρουμε πόσο μαγκιόρικο δεκτάκι είναι
