MBCO Satellite Receiver PC Card
MBCO (Mobile Broadcasting Corporation) is a Japanese based company producing a range of mid range and a few high end technological products. They have just released the MBTO102A, a PC Card Satellite Receiver.
Aimed at the notebook user market the PC Card Receiver looks the part hanging out of the sie of the latest notebook. The white receiver pads fold out 12 cm and there is a micro antenna plug for attaching a larger external aerial if necessary. The unit comes with software that displays satellite signal reception strength and radio tuner software.
The MBTO102A also has the ability to decode MPEG2-TS at 1mbps, MPEG4 video, and AAC audio. The MBCO MBTO102A Satellite Receiver PC Card retails for $91.00 USD and is avialable in Asia but a few of the tech import companies will be carrying it.
