After capturing the cell phone market, Nokia does not wish to relax. It’s making all efforts to create a milestone in car-electronics also. Nokia has introduced the new CK-20w car kit, and claims it to be the first integrated hands-free solution to combine high-quality communication, music, navigation and push-to-talk in the cart thanks to a Pop-Port interface and Bluetooth wireless technology. Using DSP (Digital Signal Processing) it ensures to provide dynamic audio quality. It takes care of the compatibility issues with a broad range of mobiles. So you don’t have any reason to doubt this car kit. The car kit is basically a dash-mounted dock and remote. You favorite tunes locked up in your mobile phone or MP3 player (preferably an iPod) can fetch the extra edge of stereo sound using the car speakers thru Bluetooth streaming or a cable connection.
The combined package is made up of the Multimedia Car Kit CK-20W and the Nokia Navigation Pack LD-2 also includes the 'ROUTE 66 Mobile 7' software application, which works with most S60 based Nokia mobile devices and other S60 based phones. You need to purchase an additional GPS Bluetooth receiver and the soon-to-be-released Nokia LD-2 Navigation pack has to be perfect!!. While we are still searching for a word on the price and availability, both the CK-20W Car Kit and LD-2 Navigation Pack should be available later this summer.
