Τούμπανο?
Largely an unknown outside of Japan, Onkyo has actually been in the PC sound card business for quite awhile. Their latest products are the SE-200PCI card and the SE-U55SX external sound card. Both cards feature 24bit/192kHz D/A and 24bit/96kHz A/D conversion, and Onkyo’s Vector Linear Shaping Circuitry.
More info and pricing after the jump.
The SE-200PCI operates on the familiar PCI bus, and has a pair of RCA jacks for analog line in, two Toslink jacks for optical digital in/out and a breakout cable for 7.1 channel analog out. The SE-U55SX looks a bit like a baby PS3. It’s an external version of the SE-200PCI, which connects to a computer via USB. It has an external input source selector switch, and level controls for the selected input and headphone output.
Prices:
SE-200PCI - $155 (¥17,800)
SE-U55SX - $172 (¥19,800)
