Samsung SCH-B570 CDMA 8GB Music phone

After pleasing GSM users with the Samsung SGH-i310, the company has announced the SCH-B570 CDMA version of the 8GB music phone. However unlike the i310, it does not run on Windows Mobile 5.0. The B870 comes with a 2 Megapixel camera with LED flash and supports video recording. It includes a S-DMB receiver with PIP (Picture in Picture) function which allows you to view two channels at one time, it is not known if you can record programs directly to the hard drive. The onboard 8GB hard drive can hold upto 2000 songs combined with 5.1 channel surround sound will make you forget the iPod. With USB 2.0 connectivity you can use it as a mass storage device. Specs include 262k color (240 x 320) screen, GPS, dedicated music player keys and electronic dictionary.

The Samsung SCH-B570 operates on CDMA 800 Mhz with support for EV-DO so we can hope of the phone making to the US.
