What went down last night at my house? Well I had an oversurge of power, where the Power filter of excellent quality with High quality polypropylene capacitors of 5% tolerance and carbon resistors, kept my system alive!
Mind you it costs 115 euros!
And it saved my bacon. If you see the damage, it is intense, but itf will be fixed in half an hour and will be running again soon. The owner of the company just got of the phone with me to guarantee me that, and to not allow me to listen to music until it gets fixed.
Here in Glyfada, and in old homes such as where I reside, when the humidity goes up, the resistors cannot take it and just flake out, we even lost all the street lamps! poof and they were gone!
It gave its life for the rest of my system, I thank it for its sacrifice!
My room still smells of burnt wire! just look at my previous post and you can see just a little bit of what happened!
