Καθαρισμος Panny AX200

Καλημέρα, έχω έναν Panasonic ΑΧ200 προβολέα και τον χρησιμοποιώ σε καφετερια για αγώνες κτλ. Έχει γύρο στις 500 ώρες λειτουργία και τον αγόρασα πριν περίπου από ένα χρόνο. Το ερώτημα είναι ότι θέλω να τον καθαρίσω από σκόνες και ότιδήποτε άλλο (πχ καπνό). Το φίλτρο του έχει γεμίσει σκόνη δυστυχώς. Πήρα τηλέφωνο την αντιπροσωπεία και μου είπαν φερτόν από εδώ να αλλάξουμε λάμπα! Δεν θέλω να αλλάξω λάμπα απλά θέλω καθαρισμό! Τελικά να τον ανοίξω μονος μου και με ένα σπρέι πεπιεσμένου αέρα να τον καθαρίσω χειρουργικά και προσεκτικά ή να τους τον πάω εκεί (μυρίζομαι κλέψιμο στην αντιπροσωπεία). Plz HELP. Αν μπορει καποιος να μου δώσει οδηγίες για καθαρισμό θα ήταν super! :126:

Το φίλτρο του έχει γεμίσει σκόνη δυστυχώς.

Καθάρισε το φίλτρο του οπωσδήποτε.

Αν η εικόνα του είναι ικανοποιητική άστο όπως είναι.

Αν δεν σε ικανοποιεί, πες τους θέλω μόνο καθαρισμό.

Άμα είναι να αλλάξεις λάμπα, παίρνεις καλύτερα νέο προβολέα!

Ναι κι όμως μου έλεγαν επί 5 λεπτά ότι δεν είναι θέμα καθαρισμού αλλα λάμπας και θέλει άλλαγμα χωρίς καν να τον έχουν δει και χωρίς να με ρωτήσει για τις ώρες που έχει παίξει! Ρε παιδιά μήπως μπορώ να τον ανοίξω εγώ και με ένα σπρέι πεπιεσμένου και ένα πινελάκι να τον καθαρίσω εγώ. Έχω ανοίξει 20 laptop και πιστεύω ότι μπορώ να το κάνω αυτό. Τι λέτε?

A clean air filter is the key to preventing visible suspended particles ... dust ... from getting into the projector. However, smaller particles, such as the tar in tobacco smoke, the grease in frying fumes, and the oil in "fog" from fog machines can be down to molecular in size. This size of material is only partially impeded by the air filter.

The same venturi effect applies to tobacco tar, frying grease, and "fog" oil: once sucked inside the projector, they will coat any surface they encounter as they move though it at high velocity. These materials are a problem in themselves: worse, they are sticky, and tend to attract dust, and bond with it.

Although difficult, this mess can be reasonably well removed from most components, including circuit boards: cleaning usually involves the complete disassembly of the projector. However, attempting to remove them from the surfaces of the lcd panels is seldom completely successful.

How much tobacco smoke, frying grease, or "fog machine" oil in the air is too much? Any! A simple rule of thumb is, "If you can smell it, the projector will too.".

Realistically, without special accommodation, lcd projectors probably should not be used at all in areas that are primary sources of contaminants, such as (smoking) bars and kitchens, or special event theaters.

Special accommodation usually means pumping clean room temperature "outside air" to the areas of air intake on the projector. Often cabinets are constructed for the projectors, and these keep the entire projector, including the optical system, free of contaminants.

The presence and removal of these contaminants, and repair of the damage caused by them, is not covered by warranty.

On average, contaminated projectors can take a day to clean and involve replacement of one or more LCD panels, before any other corrective action can be taken.
