Jaguar is ready to unleash a new wave in the way spots car are designed with its new XK model. Although the exterior with light aluminum body and futuristic design sets the car apart but the interior is what makes the car so revolutionizing. Inside the XK is a central console module that replaces the many buttons and panel that previously dominated feature rich sports car. The console by Delphi gives the car designers more space for designing and allows installation of the console to be hassle free. The console integrates functions for the centrally mounted touch-screens such as climate control, telephone and vehicle personalization settings.

The Delphi- molded panel also includes a variety of the company's
switchgear for a second set of controls for the XK's climate control
system, CD player, and stereo. The console’s minimalist design also helps in reducing customer’s logistics. The new Jaguar XK with the state-of-the-art aluminum technology is now available in cabriolet and coupé.

Λέτε σε λίγα χρόνια, όλοι οι κατασκευαστές (και των "οικονομικών" αυτοκινήτων) να σταματήσουν την κλασικής νοοτροπίας σχεδιαστικά κονσόλα και να είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ακούμε από την εργοστασιακή πηγή??
Δεν μου αρέσουν τέτοιες "εξελίξεις"........ :?
