The flagship model of this new line, the Ulysses, utilizes Eton soft dome tweeters, specially modified Fostex full-range drivers as mids and re-engineered 8" Daedalus Audio woofers. The cabinet is fine furniture quality solid hardwood and the hand-built and matched crossovers are separate for each driver. With careful attention to crossover design, the insertion loss is negligible. With a conservative rating of 97dB/1w/1m, 500 watts of power handling per side and a stable impedance of 6 ohms, these speakers provide real musical tone effortlessly.
Built of solid hardwood and weighing approximately 115lbs. each, the price is $8,800 a pair. Dimensions are 28 x 125 x 41cm (WxHxD).
