Η αναμονή φτάνει στο τέλος της αφού η evad3rs, η νέα ομάδα jailbreak από τους MuscleNerd, pod2g, pimskeks και planetbeing, άνοιξαν σήμερα την ιστοσελίδα τους.
Το Jailbreak για το iOS 6.x θα ονομάζεται evasi0n και μπορούμε να δούμε σε ποια κατάσταση βρίσκεται χάρη στην loading μπάρα που υπάρχει στο site. Αυτή τη στιγμή φαίνεται ότι γίνονται οι τελευταίες αλλαγές για το γραφικό περιβάλλον της εφαρμογής.
Αν ρίξουμε μια καλύτερη ματιά στην σελίδα evad3rs, μπορούμε να δούμε κάτω από το loading τις απαιτήσεις του jailbreak ή αλλιώς το τι χρειάζεται να έχουμε για να κάνουμε jailbreak οποιαδήποτε iOS συσκευή μας με το iOS 6.x.

Προσοχή! Ήδη υπάρχουν διάφορα sites που αναφέρουν ότι έχουν ήδη έτοιμο το εργαλείο evasi0n και το κάνουν μόνο επειδή υπάρχουν χρήστες που θα πλήρωναν αυτή τη στιγμή για να κάνουν jailbreak την συσκευή τους. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν υπάρχει λόγος να πληρώσετε ένα τέτοιο site και φυσικά πρόκειται για απατεώνες.

Update:
Αν είστε κι εσείς ένας απο αυτούς που περιμένουν ανυπόμονα την κυκλοφορία του jailbreak για την iOS 6, τότε η σημερινή μέρα είναι μάλλον μια ξεχωριστή μέρα!
Πρίν λίγη ώρα μέσω του λογαριασμού της στο Twitter, η evad3rs dev team, ανακοίνωσε πως το jailbreak tool για Windows και Mac, πήγε ένα ακόμα βήμα πιο κοντά στην τελειοποίησή του!
Απο τη στιγμή που το γραφικό περιβάλλον του evasi0n jailbreak tool ολοκληρώθηκε, πέρασε στη διαδικασία του beta testing! Τα νέα είναι ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστα, μιας και όπως αναφέρεται, το 68% της όλης διαδικασίας έχει ολοκληρωθεί και μόνο ένα 32% απομένει να δρομολογηθεί πριν έχουμε το τελικό αποτέλεσμα διαθέσιμο στο ευρύ κοινό!
Λογικά σκεπτόμενοι θα αναφέραμε, πως το επόμενο βήμα είναι ο τελικός έλεγχος και η διόρθωση διαφόρων bugs που βρέθηκαν κατά τη διαδικασία του beta testing..

Instructions:
Backup your device using iTunes (or iCloud) before using evasi0n. If something breaks, you'll always be able to recover your data.
Those who use backup passwords in iTunes must disable them for now. After doing so, iTunes makes a brand new backup. Please wait for that backup to complete before proceeding! Feel free to re-enable your backup password after jailbreaking.
Please disable the lock passcode of your iOS device before using evasi0n. It can cause issues.
Launch evasi0n, plug in your device, and click "Jailbreak". Just sit back and observe its progress. Watch for any steps you may be asked to perform.
Avoid all iOS and iTunes related tasks until evasi0n is complete. Why not just enjoy a brief break from the computer to stretch your legs?
If the process gets stuck somewhere, it's safe to restart the program, reboot the device (if necessary by holding down Power and Home until it shuts down), and rerun the process.

Θα σας αφήσω με μία προσωπική συμβουλή την οποία ωστόσο είμαι σίγουρος πως δεν θα ακολουθήσετε:

Συγκρατηθείτε και μην προχωρήσετε από την πρώτη ημέρα στο Jailbreak της συσκευής σας.
Σχεδόν πάντα, οι πρώτες εκδόσεις των jailbreak tools παρουσιάζουν μικροπροβλήματα και ασυμβατότητες οι οποίες διορθώνονται μετά από ~2 ημέρες με την κυκλοφορία αναβαθμισμένων εκδόσεων.
Η υπομονή είναι αρετή... και σας γλιτώνει από περιπέτειες ;-)
