Billed as the most powerful single-ended tube amplifier on the market, NAT Audio's Magna produces 160 watts into 4 and 8 ohms with a frequency reponse of 10Hz to 100kHz -3dB. Input sensitivity is 2.7V for full output, gain 22.5dB at 8 ohms and noise 105dB below rated output. The tube complement is 1x 6N1P-EV, 1 x 6N30P-DR and 1 x Eimac 450TH. The unusual power triode is a direct-heated NOS design and runs in a DC-coupled all-tube circuit (output transformer-coupled without capacitors) with low global feedback applied to achieve a damping factor of 20. The power and output transformers are rated for 1000 watts and the power supply capacitance is over 500 joules. The Magna is an auto-bias design with variable bias mode for 40 or 160 watts of output power. The Magna is a special-order item with a 45-day lead time.

- CE comfortable Διερωτωμαι πως παιρνουν εγκριση CE με 3000 V dc εκτεθειμενα σε κοινη προσβαση στο καπελακι της ανοδου.

Αυτό είναι μεγάλο πρόβλημα με τις NOS. Για μένα θα λειτουργούσε αποτρεπτικά.

Η Atma-Sphere πχ λέει:

We have an internal design rule we call the 20-year rule that prevents us from using NOS tube types, in other words the tube type has to be in current manufacture.

Υπαρχουν δυο δρομοι για το CE comformity.
Aναφερεις τον ενα, που πραγματι ακολουθουν οι περισσοτεροι. Ο αλλος ειναι πραγματικος ελεγχος αλλα η διαδικασια κοστιζει πανακριβα.
Εαν ομως προκληθει βλαβη σε ανθρωπο, κατοικιδιο κλπ απο την συσκευη μπορει να μπεις μεσα εφ ορου ζωης.

Η Λυχνια που χρησιμοποιειται ειναι για Εκπομπη - διαμορφωση πλατους και αλλες χρησεις σε πομπους. Κανεις δεν σου απαγορευει να την δουλεψεις σε Audio με τραγικα χαμηλωτερη αποδοση, καθως δεν ειναι φτιαγμενη να εχει υψηλο κυκλο εργασιας (Duty cycle). Kαι για να μην νομισεις οτι εχω προσωπικα με τους μαγκες, θα πω οτι οι Γιαπωνεζοι κατι τετοια τα κανουν κατα κορον, με το δικο τους στοκ απο λαμπες εκπομπης που ξεμειναν απο τις καραβισιες εφαρμογες με την εφαρμογη του GMDSS.
Η Eitel-McCullough εχει κλησει εδω και δεκαετιες

Kοιτα που μας διαβασαν και βγαλανε το καλωδιο της Υψηλης, αλλα και την μπροστελα, χαριν φωτογραφισης.
Τωρα πως θα δουλεψει διχως την υψηλη Ταση ?
