Palm Treo 700p released

Palm has officially announced the Treo 700p. It is the first Palm OS powered CDMA smartphone to offer high speed EV-DO connectivity. The Treo 700p includes a 1.3 Megapixel Camera, Bluetooth, 128 MB memory (60 available to user) and memory expansion upto 2GB via SD cards. It supports e-mail access to Outlook, Yahoo, AOL and Gmail. The Treo 700p supports native Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint documents and PDF viewing. The touchscreen display has a resolution of 320 x 320 and supports 65,536 colors.

The Palm Treo 700p measures 4.4" x 2.3" x 0.9" (111 mm x 58 mm x 22.5 mm) and weighs 6.4 ounces (180 g). Pricing will be announced by Sprint and Verizon Wireless later.
