Amanda Seyfried takes female lead in Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2

Amanda Seyfried has, according to Deadline, taken the female lead in Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2. Apparently, Mila Kunis' Lori Collins with either appear only briefly or not at all, which is said to be a wholly creative decision on the part of MacFarlane.

Morgan Freeman boards Ted 2 as civil rights lawyer

Morgan Freeman, who is back on the big screen in this weekend's Dolphin Tale 2, has signed on for a role in a very different sequel: Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2. Variety reports that Freeman will play a famous civil rights lawyer who comes to Ted's aid.

The film now in production and on track for a 2015 release, Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2 offers a sneak peek today with the below set photo, shared from star Mark Wahlberg's Twitter account!








It looks like Flash Gordon is still playing a big part in John Bennett's life! Wahlberg will reprise the role opposite Amanda Seyfried, Mila Kunis, Jessica Barth, Morgan Freeman and MacFarlane himself.

Dennis Haysbert has lined up a major project today as TheWrap reports that the "24" star has signed on for Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2.

Liam Neeson to appear in Ted 2

Now in production, Ted 2 has added Liam Neeson to its cast! Writer/director/star Seth MacFarlane, who previously worked with Neeson on this year's A Million Ways to Die in the West, tweeted the following:








There's no telling how large a role Neeson might have, especially if he was only filming for one day, but Freeman was recently said to have a large role as a civil rights lawyer who takes Ted on as a client.
