Να ενημερώσω για κάτι:

πριν λίγες μέρες αγόρασα από το σούπερ-μάρκετ το CHOKO της ΦΑΓΕ (γάλα με κακάο σε πλαστικό μπουκάλι). Βγάζοντας το προστατευτικό κάτω απ'το καπάκι είδα πως υπήρχε μούχλα μέσα κι έξω απ'το στόμιο. Ειδοποίησα την εταιρεία η οποία επικοινώνησε άμεσα. Ήρθε άνθρωπος στο σπίτι να πάρει το μπουκάλι και μου έφερε μερικά μπουκάλια ως αποζημίωση.

Κάτι που ξέχασα.

Επειδή ρώτησα, μου είπαν πως η μούχλα δεν οφείλεται στην αποθήκευση του σούπερ-μάρκετ αλλά στο ότι δε σφραγίστηκε σωστά το μπουκάλι από την εταιρεία.

2012 BMW S1000RR Engine Recall

BMW is issuing a recall on the 2012 BMW S1000RR because of a risk of engine failure.
According to a post on the official BMW Motorcycles USA Facebook page, the connecting rod bolts may loosen and fall out. This may result cause the engine to seize, creating the risk of a crash. The problem may also cause the engine to leak oil directly in front of the rear wheel, potentially reducing traction.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet announced a recall, but BMW’s Facebook post (quoted below) says it is issuing a delivery hold and is recalling 1,414 units.
Transport Canada has already issued a recall for Canada affecting 112 units.
BMW dealers will replace connecting rod bolts on recalled units and apply a thread locking agent to correct the problem.




Here’s the notice posted on BMW Motorcycle USA’s Facebook page:
BMW has issued a delivery hold and is recalling 1,414 2012 model year BMW S1000 RR motorcycles to inspect and correct a potential problem with loosening of the connecting rod bolts. As a result of a manufacturing process error, the bolts could loosen and fall out. If this happens, the engine may fail, seize, and/or leak oil. Approximately 900 of the affected motorcycles are still in BMW or dealer inventory and will be inspected and corrected prior to customer delivery. Owners of potentially affected motorcycles will be notified by mail in May advising them to bring their motorcycles to an authorized BMW Motorcycle dealer to have the recall performed. The connecting rod bolts will be replaced and installed with a thread locking agent.

Ανάκληση προϊόντος από την ΙΚΕΑ!

Πρόγραμμα ανάκλησης ράγας IKEA 365+ SÄNDA 70 και 114 εκτελεί η ΙΚΕΑ λόγω ελαττώματος στη σύνδεση της γείωσης στη ράγα που μπορεί να παρουσιάσει κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας με την επαφή τους ή των συνδεδεμένων φωτιστικών.

Η ανάκληση στην Ελλάδα αφορά 181 & 380 τεμάχια αντίστοιχα, από τον προμηθευτή 21338, με ημερομηνίες παραγωγής μεταξύ 1134 και 1208.

Η IKEA παγκοσμίως δεν έχει λάβει αναφορές για τραυματισμό ή ανάλογο περιστατικό.

Οι καταναλωτές που έχουν στη κατοχή τους ράγα IKEA 365+ SÄNDA 70 ή/και 114 από τον προμηθευτή 21338, με ημερομηνίες παραγωγής μεταξύ 1134 και 1208, να σταματήσουν τη χρήση της άμεσα και να την επιστρέψουν σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα ΙΚΕΑ, από όπου θα λάβουν νέα προς αντικατάσταση ή τα χρήματά τους πίσω.

Ανάκληση προϊόντων με σαλμονέλα από τον ΕΦΕΤ!

Ο Ε.Φ.Ε.Τ., μέσω του Συστήματος Έγκαιρης Προειδοποίησης για τα Τρόφιμα και τις Ζωοτροφές της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, ενημερώθηκε για τη διακίνηση διαφόρων προϊόντων, για την παραγωγή των οποίων χρησιμοποιήθηκε σκόνη αυγού, η οποία είχε παράνομα παρασκευαστεί, ενώ επιπλέον σε επίσημο εργαστηριακό έλεγχο από τις πολωνικές αρχές ανιχνεύτηκε σε αυτή η παρουσία του παθογόνου μικροοργανισμού Salmonella.

Πρόκειται για τα κάτωθι προϊόντα, τα οποία διακινήθηκαν από την ελληνική εταιρεία «ΑΝΕΛΙΞΗ ΕΠΕ» (Π. Τσαλδάρη 163-165, Καλλιθέα) μέσω της πολωνικής επιχείρησης «Mamut Sp. z.o.o. ul»:

- Κρουτόν φυσική γεύση -Grzanki tradycyjne , 500 και 180 gr, με αριθμό τεμαχίων και ημερομηνία λήξης αντίστοιχα:

Ο Ε.Φ.Ε.Τ. απαίτησε την άμεση ανάκληση / απόσυρση του συνόλου των παρτίδων των ανωτέρω προϊόντων από την επιχείρηση και ήδη βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη οι σχετικοί έλεγχοι.

Ο Ε.Φ.Ε.Τ. καλεί τους καταναλωτές, που έχουν στην κατοχή τους τα ανωτέρω προϊόντα, να μην τα καταναλώσουν.

More on 2012 BMW S1000RR Recall








The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has officially announced the recall for the 2012 BMW S1000RR, providing more information about the problem.
According to documents released by NHTSA, the bolts on the connecting rods in the BMW S1000RR may come loose because of an anti-corrosive agent applied to the bolts. The anti-corrosive agent may effect the bolt torque, potentially leading them to come loose, particularly at high temperatures or rpms.



BMW received 33 warranty claims of engine failure including one in the U.S. The first claim was reported on Jan. 30, 2012, from outside the U.S. An investigation in February determined the engine failed because the connecting rod bolts had come loose but BMW was unable to determine the cause.


By March, BMW received 18 more reports, again from outside the U.S. On March 30, BMW determined the cause of the problem. Two days later, BMW received its first warranty claim from the U.S.


2012 BMW S1000R owners are asked to pay attention to any knocking sounds or unusual vibrations coming from the engine. If these warning signs are detected, riders are asked to keep the engine speed as low as possible and come to a stop when it is safe to do so. Riders are asked to shut down the engine once they are stopped and call BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance at 1-877-680-2176.


BMW dealers will replace the connecting rod bolts on affected units and apply a thread-locking agent at no cost to the customer. Under the TREAD Act Customer Reimbursement Plan, customers who have already had this performed at their own expense are eligible for reimbursement.

Με απλά λόγια, χαλαρώνουν οι βίδες στο κάτω μέρος της μπιέλας

Με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε πιθανότατα ολική καταστροφή κινητήρα.
Και βεβαίως ιδιαιτέρως επικίνδυνο αν συμβεί σε υψηλές στροφές αφού πιθανότατα η μπιέλα (ή οι μπιέλες) να τρυπήσουν το μπλοκ το κινητήρα βγαίνοντας πάνω ή κάτω, αδειάζοντας λάδια στον πίσω τροχό και μάλιστα σε υψηλότατες ταχύτητες.

Το απολύτως εκνευριστικό είναι πως για άλλη μια φορά η BMW δηλώνει άγνοια της αιτίας που δημιουργεί το πρόβλημα.
Το ίδιο είχαν πει και πριν από 1 χρόνο περίπου όταν είχαν σπάσει πάλι μοτέρ του S1000RR.....
