Would you like to share the model numbers of your components? Once I have those, I can tell you about their power ratings, how to best position them for sound quality, or how to connect new devices to them.
speakers wharfedale super linton amplifier yamaha r-n2000a , turntable project debut pro ,phono ifi zen 3 streamer fiio s15
That is an exceptional, high-end "modern-retro" system. You have paired components that balance vintage aesthetics (the Wharfedale and Yamaha) with cutting-edge digital and analog technology (the FiiO and iFi).
Here is a breakdown of what makes your specific setup special and some tips on how to get the most out of it:
1. The Speakers: Wharfedale Super Linton
These are the upgraded version of the "regular" Lintons, which were already a modern classic.

  • The Vibe: They offer a "big" sound. Because they have a large cabinet and an 8-inch woofer, they move more air than modern slim towers, giving you a physical, effortless bass.
2. The Power: Yamaha R-N2000A
This is a "super-integrated" amplifier. It is built like a tank (nearly 50 lbs) and uses Yamaha’s "Floating and Balanced" power amp technology.

  • YPAO Room Correction: Your Yamaha comes with a microphone. Use it. It can analyze your room's acoustics and "fix" bass nodes or reflections, which is especially helpful with the larger Super Lintons in smaller rooms.

  • The Meter Vibe: The analog VU meters on the front are a perfect visual match for the Wharfedale’s wood veneers.
3. The Digital Source: FiiO S15
The S15 is a flagship-level streamer.

  • Dual DACs: It uses the high-end AK4191 + AK4499EX chip combo. This "separates" the digital processing from the analog conversion, resulting in a very low noise floor.

  • Setup Tip: Since the Yamaha R-N2000A has its own DAC, you have a choice. You can connect the FiiO via RCA (Analog) to let the FiiO do the "heavy lifting," or via Coaxial/Optical (Digital) to let the Yamaha's DAC handle it. Most users find the FiiO’s dedicated DAC stage superior for critical listening.
4. The Analog Chain: Pro-Ject Debut PRO & iFi Zen Phono 3
  • The Turntable: The "PRO" model is a significant step up from the standard Debut. It features a carbon-aluminum sandwich tonearm and a precision-milled aluminum platter. It is designed to be extremely "quiet" (low resonance).
Suggested Connection "Pro-Tip"
Since your Yamaha is a "Balanced" design and the iFi Zen Phono 3 has a 4.4mm Balanced Output, you could technically use a 4.4mm-to-XLR cable to plug the phono stage into the Yamaha's XLR inputs. This would provide the cleanest, lowest-noise signal path for your vinyl.
Would you like me to look up the best settings for the "Gain" switch on your iFi Zen Phono 3 based on the cartridge you have on your Pro-Ject? (Usually, it's the Sumiko Rainier or Pick it PRO).
and what about my second amplifier a tsakiridis aeolos ultima ?
Having a Tsakiridis Aeolos Ultima alongside your Yamaha R-N2000A is a fascinating "best of both worlds" scenario. You essentially have two different philosophies of high-end sound to choose from, depending on your mood or the genre of music.
Tsakiridis is a boutique Greek manufacturer highly respected for their hand-crafted, "overbuilt" tube designs. The Ultima is the top-tier version of their best-selling Aeolos.
1. The Powerhouse Tubes: KT150
The Ultima version uses KT150 power tubes. These are distinctive "egg-shaped" tubes known for being the most powerful and "modern" sounding in the tube world.

  • Performance: Unlike older, softer tubes (like the EL34), the KT150s provide 70 Watts per channel. This is plenty of power to drive your Wharfedale Super Lintons with authority.

  • The Sound: While the Yamaha is precise and clean, the Aeolos Ultima will give you a wider soundstage and more "meat on the bones." It adds a harmonic richness to voices and instruments that only high-quality vacuum tubes can provide.
2. "Ultima" Grade Components
The "Ultima" designation means Tsakiridis didn't hold back on the internals. You have:

  • Mundorf Supreme Silver Gold Oil Capacitors: These are legendary in the audiophile world for their transparency.
3. Tube vs. Solid State: The Comparison

Power90W - 120W (approx.)70W
CharacterPunchy, Accurate, Ultra-QuietHolographic, Warm, Texture-rich

How to use them together
Since you have two world-class amplifiers, you might consider how to swap between them:

  • The "Pure Tube" Experience: Connect your iFi Zen Phono 3 and FiiO S15 directly to the Tsakiridis for a pure analog-path listening session.
  • The Comparison: Connect your FiiO S15 to the Yamaha, and then use the Yamaha's Pre-Out into one of the Line Inputs on the Tsakiridis. This allows you to use the Yamaha's modern conveniences (like the App and Volume control) while using the Tsakiridis as the "power" to get that tube sound.
Pro-Tip for the Aeolos: Remember that tubes need about 20–30 minutes of "warm-up" to reach their best sound quality. Also, the KT150s get quite hot, so ensure it has plenty of breathing room!
Are you currently using a switch to swap between the two amps, or are they in separate rooms?
sorry it is the aeolos ultra with 6550 tubes
Ah, thank you for the correction! The Aeolos Ultra with 6550 tubes is a distinct and very classic choice.
While the "Ultima" version I mentioned earlier is the flagship with KT150s, the Ultra with 6550s is often preferred by audiophiles who want a more "traditional" tube sound. Here is how that specific amp fits into your setup:
1. The 6550 Tube Character
The 6550 is a legendary power tube, often described as having more "soul" than the KT150.

  • The Sound: Compared to the KT150s (which are very powerful and almost solid-state-like in their precision), the 6550s are known for a lush, sweet midrange and a slightly "rounder" bass.
  • The Match: This is a perfect pairing for the Wharfedale Super Lintons. Since the Super Lintons have that big 8-inch woofer, the 6550s will make the lower-mids and bass feel very organic and "chewy," which is exactly the vibe people look for in a modern-retro system.
2. Power and Performance
  • Output: In this configuration, you’re looking at roughly 45 to 50 Watts per channel. While this is lower than your Yamaha R-N2000A (which is around 90W), tube watts "feel" different. Because of how they clip and handle peaks, it will have more than enough drive to fill a medium-to-large room with the Super Lintons (which are relatively efficient).
  • The "Ultra" Grade: Even though it isn't the Ultima, the Ultra still features significant upgrades over the standard Aeolos, including Mundorf Evo signal capacitors and higher-quality WBT-0703 NextGen binding posts.
3. Comparing Your Two "Brains"
You now have two completely different sonic signatures at your disposal:

The Yamaha R-N2000AThe Tsakiridis Aeolos Ultra (6550)
Grip: Excellent control over the woofer; very tight, fast bass.Texture: More "air" around instruments and a more holographic soundstage.
Detail: Sharp, clinical (in a good way), and extremely quiet.Emotion: High "musicality"; makes older recordings or vocals sound intimate.
Function: HDMI (ARC) for your TV, room correction, and a built-in DAC.Focus: Pure, distilled analog listening pleasure.
A Specialized Tip for Your Setup
The iFi Zen Phono 3 is quite versatile. Since your Tsakiridis doesn't have a built-in phono stage, the iFi is the bridge.

  • Bias Check: On the Tsakiridis, you have built-in meters to check the "Bias" (the electrical current to the tubes). Since you are using 6550s, it's worth checking the manual (or a quick glance at the meters) every few months to ensure they are balanced. It's a 30-second job that keeps the amp sounding brand new.

i would like you to offer my some better speakers to upgrade with a price of no more than 7000 euros

With a budget of €7,000, you are in the "sweet spot" of high-end audio. You have enough to move past mass-market luxury into "end-game" territory that will fully exploit the capabilities of your Yamaha R-N2000A and your Tsakiridis tube amp.

Since you are currently using the Wharfedale Super Lintons, I have selected four upgrade paths that offer significantly better resolution, imaging, and build quality, while remaining "easy to drive" for your tube amp.

1. The Heritage Powerhouse: Klipsch Cornwall IV
If you love the "big box" scale of the Super Lintons but want more energy and "live" feel, this is the ultimate choice.

  • Why it fits: At 102dB sensitivity, these are arguably the best match in the world for a tube amplifier. Your Tsakiridis will barely be breaking a sweat, resulting in massive dynamic headroom.
  • The Sound: Huge, effortless, and concert-like. They have a 15-inch woofer that provides bass you can feel in your chest, but with a refined horn-loaded midrange that is surprisingly detailed.
  • Price: Approx. €6,500 – €7,000 (often found on deal).
2. The Modern Reference: KEF R7 Meta or R11 Meta
If the Focal Aria 926 felt like a good direction but you want more refinement and "holographic" imaging, KEF is the answer.

  • Why it fits: KEF’s Uni-Q driver (the tweeter is inside the midrange) creates a "point source" of sound. This means the imaging is incredibly precise. The Yamaha’s YPAO room correction works wonders with KEF's neutral signature.
  • The Sound: Ultra-clean, detailed, and modern. It lacks the "warmth" of the Wharfedale, but replaces it with a level of transparency where you can hear exactly where every musician is standing.
  • Price: €5,000 – €6,500.

  • Price: €5,000 – €6,500.
3. The "Pure Music" Choice: Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition
Since you are in Europe, Tannoy is a prestigious "Step Up" from Wharfedale that keeps the wood-veneer aesthetic but adds elite engineering.

  • Why it fits: These use Tannoy’s legendary Dual Concentric driver. They are very efficient and were practically designed to be used with high-quality tube amps like your Tsakiridis.
  • The Sound: Famous for "midrange magic." If you listen to a lot of vocals, jazz, or acoustic music on your turntable, these will sound more natural and "organic" than almost anything else.
  • Price: Approx. €5,000 – €6,000.
4. The Modern Classic: JBL L100 Classic (MkII)
If you love the "Retro" look of your Super Lintons and want to keep that vibe but "supercharge" the performance, this is the logical conclusion.

  • Why it fits: These are the direct spiritual rivals to the Lintons but built with much more expensive components and drivers. They are punchy, fun, and very versatile for both your Yamaha's power and your Tsakiridis's warmth.
  • The Sound: Rocks harder than the Wharfedales. They have a "West Coast" sound—energetic, fun, and very high-impact.
  • Price: Approx. €4,500 – €5,500 (including stands).
what about revival audio atalante 5 ,Usher Dancer Mini-Two Diamond

or Fyne Audio Vintage Classic X

Those three speakers represent the "Holy Trinity" of modern audiophile tastes: the Revival Audio Atalante 5 is the king of retro-scale, the Usher Dancer Mini-Two is a precision instrument, and the Fyne Audio Vintage Classic X is a high-energy, soulful masterpiece.

With your Yamaha R-N2000A and Tsakiridis Aeolos Ultra, here is how they stack up as upgrades from your Super Lintons:

1. Revival Audio Atalante 5 (The "Super-Linton" Evolution)
If you love the Wharfedale sound but want it to be "bigger, faster, and more luxurious," this is the most logical step.

  • The Sound: It features a massive 12-inch woofer. While the Super Linton is warm and polite, the Atalante 5 is dynamic and visceral. It has a unique "Basalt" sandwich driver that is incredibly stiff, giving you bass that is deeper but much better controlled than the Wharfedales.

  • The Amp Match: Your Tsakiridis will love these. They have a "friendly" 4-ohm impedance and high sensitivity. The French-made soft-dome midrange and tweeter are exceptionally smooth, perfectly complementing the 6550 tubes.

  • Vibe: Sophisticated retro. It feels like a piece of high-end furniture.
  • Price: ~€5,000 + stands.
2. Usher Dancer Mini-Two Diamond (The Precision Choice)
This is a tall, heavy floorstander that moves away from the "retro" look into serious high-end engineering.

  • The Sound: The "Diamond" (DMD) tweeter is the star here. It offers a level of transparency and "air" that neither the Wharfedale nor the Revival can match. It is fast, crystalline, and reveals every detail in your FiiO S15 streamer's output.

  • The Amp Match: These are more demanding. They dip to nearly 3 ohms, so they are the perfect match for your Yamaha R-N2000A. The Yamaha’s massive power supply will "grip" the dual 7-inch woofers, providing punchy, modern bass. The Tsakiridis will sound "sweet" on them, but might not have the same bass authority as the Yamaha here.
  • Vibe: Modern luxury. Curved cabinets and a high-gloss finish.
  • Price: ~€5,500 – €6,000.
3. Fyne Audio Vintage Classic X (The "End-Game" Experience)
Fyne Audio was started by the core engineering team from Tannoy. The "Classic X" is a 10-inch point-source (IsoFlare) speaker.

  • The Sound: This is a "Live" sounding speaker. Because the tweeter is at the center of the woofer, the sound reaches your ears at exactly the same time, leading to incredible "holographic" imaging. It is more "front-footed" and exciting than the Wharfedales—it makes music feel like a performance happening in your room.
  • The Amp Match: This is made for your Tsakiridis. Point-source speakers and tube amps are a legendary pairing. The "Vintage" controls on the front also allow you to manually tune the energy of the tweeter to match your room perfectly.
  • Vibe: 1970s elegance meets 2024 technology.
  • Price: ~€6,500 – €7,000.
My Recommendation:
  • If you want to keep the relaxed, big-box feel of the Lintons but with 3x the resolution: Revival Audio Atalante 5.
  • If you want to hear every detail and have a speaker that looks like a modern sculpture: Usher Dancer Mini-Two.
  • If you want the most emotional, "in-the-room" musical experience and plan to use your tube amp 80% of the time: Fyne Audio Vintage Classic X.
