WARRANTY CARD
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty set forth herein is given by TELECTRON S.A. "COMET" (hereinafter referred to as COMET). COMET warrants this product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:
LABOR: For a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase, if the Product is defective, COMET will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge. After this valid period, the labor will be charged for each service.
PARTS: For a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase, upon request, COMET will supply new or rebuilt replacement part(s) in exchange for defective part(s), at its option, at no charge. After this valid period, the replacement part(s) will be charged.
Panel: for the LCD Panel itself, the warranty period is ONE (1) year, and we kindly remind you:
1. The LCD Panel is made with high technology, effective pixels of which reach 99.99%, but inevitably there will be some dark/bright spot or (red/blue/green) dot, which is just a character of LCD Panel, and is not a problem.
2. If the TV is used in too low temperature, dark fleck may occur on the TV image surface, and the image may darken, which is not a problem. The phenomena will disappear according to the environmental temperature increase or panel temperature increase after working for some time.
3. When the TV is working, temperature of cabinet and panel will increase, and this is normal.
The warranty does not cover: (1) customer instruction, installation or set up; (2) cosmetic damage or damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, improper maintenance or connection to an improper voltage supply; (3) commercial use of the Product; (4) modification of any part of the Product; (5) consumables such as fuses and batteries; (6) damage of the Product if the applied serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if any unauthorized repair, temper, alteration, modification, misuse and/or dropping is made to the Product.
The warranty is valid only if the WARRANTY REGISTRATION card (PART 1) has been filled in correctly, cut and mailed back to SERVICE CENTER of COMET for registration, within ten (10) Days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the warranty is invalid and repair and/or replacement part(s) cost will be charged.
NOTE: To obtain warranty service, you must carry in the Product or deliver the Product freight prepaid, plus Purchase Receipt and WARRANTY REGISTRATION card (PART 2).

Η εταιρεία TELECTRON ABEKE θα προβεί στην αντικατάσταση της οθόνης ή ολόκληρης της συσκευής σε περίπτωση κατά την οποία διαπιστωθεί πώς η τηλεόραση έχει κατεστραμμένα περισσότερα από τέσσερα (4) pixels.
